Edward Waters University makes featured cover story of The EDU Ledger (1122 hits)


Edward Waters University has been selected as the featured cover story of The EDU Ledger (formerly Diverse: Issues In Higher Education) in its current December 2025 year end issue which hit news stands today. The national spotlight is a testament to the deliberative, strategic, and transformative work happening every day at Florida's first HBCU.

In their feature, titled "CHANGE MAKER," EWU states the extraordinary progress they have made through academic ascension and innovation, skyrocketing enrollment, unprecedented fundraising and endowment growth, and much more.

"We are grateful for every student, every member of our faculty and staff, administrator, trustee, alumnus, donor, and community partner who continues to believe in our institution’s Emerging Eminence. And now, our story is being told on a national stage."
