H.E. Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, Vice President of the Republic of Namibia, officially opened the Ministry's //Kharas Regional Office, marking an important development for the region. In her keynote speech, she praised the Ministry of Home Affairs for its successful mass registration initiative, which concluded on 31 July 2024, aimed at addressing the issues of undocumented and stateless individuals in the country. Dr. Nandi-Ndaitwah urged the officials in the new office to excel in their service delivery and to maintain both the building's infrastructure and the quality of services provided to the community.
