Mother Yourself. Indulge in this CHILLOUT Session (video) (1711 hits)

Focus on your breath going in and out of your heart.
(Observe your chest rising and falling)

Think of nothing else.  Stay here for 10 to 15 minutes.  When your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your chest rising and falling.

Feel the love.

Now send love to your mother, even if she is no longer in her physical body.

Feel her love.

Transfer that love to yourself. Love you.  Surrender.

Let go and watch this beautiful Mother Earth video and chillout. (turn up your speakers)

Happy Mother's Day
