Enter invoices into accounting systems and match with purchase orders.
Prepare and process payments (checks, wire transfers, ACH).
Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries.
Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
Generate AP reports, including aging reports, for management.
Support month-end and year-end closing for AP.
Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations (W-9s, 1099s).
Assist with audits by providing required documentation.
Collaborate with finance, procurement, and other teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in accounts payable or finance roles.
Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Software: Timberline (Sage 300) OR Yardi
