Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS Analyst to become a key player on their. In this role, you will support the organization's initiatives by managing and enhancing HR systems, ensuring smooth system configuration, driving improvements, and delivering insightful reports. You will be instrumental in advancing HR processes, with a focus on user experience, data integrity, and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complex system configuration changes and enhancements; design, develop, and implement HRIS reports.
Maintain and troubleshoot HR information systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure robust security and privacy controls within system reports.
Provide technical support for HRIS staff and end users.
Collaborate with stakeholders on system design, functionality, and best practices.
Execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system functionality and upgrades.
Support data-related projects and initiatives.
Act as a liaison with Information & Digital Services and other departments to ensure seamless HR system functionality.
Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
Participate as a technical team member in module testing, system fixes, updates, and rollouts.
Adhere to change management protocols.
Stay current on HR applications and emerging trends.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users and team members.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant experience, with familiarity in Workday and UKG as a plus.
Expertise in data management, reporting, and SaaS environments.
Strong background in system configuration, support, and technical troubleshooting.
Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills.
High proficiency with Excel.
Functional HR knowledge with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills, using a holistic approach to identify solutions.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
