Supervises and coaches team members to provide excellent customer service.
Maintains efficiency in food preparation and delivery.
Trains team members to sustain and uplift restaurant quality standards.
Supports robust communication between management and team members.
Supports financial management with cash control and cashiering supervision.
Maintains appropriate inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
Monitors and maintains compliance with cleaning and sanitation procedures.
