Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful, and objective advice. The Field Support Manager is responsible for all day-to-day brokerage client support functions across multiple sales locations. Works closely with the Branch and Market Managers to ensure the timely execution and delivery of brokerage transactional and service support functions for clients, Financial Advisors, and Licensed Bankers. Responsible for communicating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing firm operational policy and procedures, and ensures adherence to these policies and procedures.
The Field Support Manager plays a critical role in assisting Branch and Market Managers to execute the service and support model that allows them to recruit, retain, and develop Financial Advisors, while delivering superior service to clients. This Manager is the primary escalation point of contact for operational and service inquiries from FAs, branches, the back office, clients, and other Support Center Operational associates. The Manager serves as the key contact for operational risk management issues across the Support Center and manages service standards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of operations support. The Field Support Manager recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and manages all field based Client Associates and Support Center Associates.
Position can be located in the following: Iowa Market or Wisconsin Market

Required Qualifications
5+ years of financial services operations experience
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7, 9/10 and 63 exams or 7, 9/10 and 66 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

FINRA registration including Series 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry: branch operations, operational risk management, systems and applications
Job Expectations
Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.
Registration for FINRA Series 66 or 65 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required
Registration for FINRA Series 99 must be completed within 120 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
