Creation vs. Evolution: Christ or Darwin? Posted on 06-16-2009
WiLLMoss.com

In society today, we are told that everything has "evolved" from a lower life form, so much to the extent that everything living is related to each other through what is called "common-ancestry".
Are we all just better evolved forms of cells?  Are we really related to the chimps? and where does God fit into this whole idea?

Isn't ironic that we forget what God's word says sometimes.  The Word of God says we are all made in his image.  If we have evolved, we are still made in the image or likeness of God. Another scripture says we are fearfully and wonderfully made.  So as far as society today and what they think....Heaven and earth shall pass away but God's Word never changes.....0

Creation vs. Evolution: Christ or Darwin? This is almost laughable if it wasn't for the fact that our kids are being taught one in high school as science. People have a right to their own opinion on this topic so I won't insult anyone but one of these is a theory that has never been proven while the other one continues to happen everyday. Let me explain: In the Bible it talks about everything reproducing after it's own kind..for example a tad poll becomes a frog and that continues on through the most distant recorded history, A whale produces guess what..another whale...Humans produce..wait for it wait for it...another human. so one of these events has continued since the dawn of recorded history...the other well lets just call it an unproven theory at best....you can choose which one you would like to believe just know that one requires super human faith because it is not just the evolving that you have to look at you also have to say, man everything necessary for life to take place had to be just right (not sure how to explain that) what I am trying to say is the sun had to evolve and the moon and the stars and gravity and oxygen and water and food and herbs of the field and....the list is just to long to go on but all of it is necessary to support human life and animal life...next who took care of the first baby? Man I don't have that type of faith so I will just leave it at that.

God Bless

I'm a late replier to this subject matter but felt compelled to anyway.  I feel that something is truly wrong that we accept that our children are being taught evolution with no other options!(separation of church and state)  Just think, the body is a complex machine with many working parts.  Who but a wise, Omnipotent, being could create such a thing?  Non-believers think, even if you believe we evolved from a simpler form, how did the simpler form come into existence?  How did this all begin?  How was the universe created?  All glory goes to God!

I don't believe recognizing Darwin's contributions to the scientific community is going against christ... I read On the Origin of Species in college and believe it was an amazing article. The most thoroughly concise and analytical research paper that was credited for it's detail for heavily weighed evidence that supported his findings. I think the biggest mistake is tacking religon with science. And the reasons are obvious .. The road to god is centered  solely around faith  , the realm of science deals only in what can later be concluded by man..

0 Darwin is seen as a genius in London we have shrines dedicated to him, atheists here in the UK have replaced God with Darwin. I dont believe in it one bit and they can call me a fool I dont care when they are suffering its funny how they are quick to call Gods help. 'where are you if you really exist' yeah like God would really help them after they have been worshipping some old man with a big beard saying we evolved from monkeys.
